Functional Training Class

We train in small groups with music and use only the finest and newest equipment. Apart from several bodyweight exercises, we use equipment such as stroop-bands, medballs, TRX, kettlebells, sandbags and dumbells. You can train your strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination with professional coaching and together with others in a great atmosphere. We hope that you’ll find more fun in this kind of  training than in any other before. Again, we can scale almost anything for anybody. Thus, we recommend participation for every healthy human being.
