Who can do CrossFit?
Our workouts are constantly varied and performed at high intensity, but they can be scaled to every age and performance level. Everybody is welcome and can perform the same workouts!
A careful and intense Introduction is indispensable. In our Foundations-Class, we will teach you the basics to train safely and efficiently.
As part of our professional attitude, we objectively document and evaluate training sessions. The method we use is easy, transparent and straight-forward.
