What is Crossfit?
Crossfit is the most all-round sport there is! It combines Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Track & Field, Swimming and classic gym exercises. It is all about being prepared for the unknown and the unknowable in as many different areas as possible. The basic concept is about not specializing and thus becoming an all-round athlete that is strong, fast, with high endurance, good flexibility and excellent coordination. A general physical preparedness is a basic performance factor in almost any sport as well as in everyday life. But Crossfit is more than only training for the body, it is a philosophy. Therefore, a clean diet, mental strength and a positive attitude to life are inextricably linked to Crossfit.

To us, the meaning of Fitness is to be versatile. Therefore, our workouts are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. Still, they can be scaled to anyone’s demands. Training at our gym means a mixture from exercises for strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination and thus creates the ability for high performance in many areas. The best athleticism you ever had, a beautiful body and an amazing attitude to life are results you can expect. Fitness cannot be boiled down to a physical component, but it also contains mental factors. We assign an incredibly high value to the mental component of Fitness and the social aspect of sport. Thus, we always train in small groups lead by a coach. This is how we practice our values. We depart from the anonymity, passivity and virtuality of our time and of “normal” gyms, we life the real life!

We will create a place that You will love to visit, where You will meet your friends and where You can train with professional coaches and the best equipment there is. Adding to that, people cheer each other on during workouts and You will reach a level of Fitness You never even dreamt of! We don’t compare to regular gyms. At our Box, age and level of performance do not play a role, You don’t have to train to be fit enough for our workouts. We advance step by step with workouts accommodated to each person individually. Everybody is welcome at Crossfit Bamberg! With passion, fun and professional coaching, we want to inspire people to live an active life. Our ultimate goal is to help our members have a better life through sport and Fitness.
