TRX class

TRX suspension training is a threedimensional training method that uses the bodyweight and enables us to imitate everyday and sportspecific movements. Instead of sitting on a machine and training a single muscle, movements are trained here. Your coordination, flexibility and strength will be improved. Improved core strength prevents back pain and is the key for better sports performance.
TRX is an effective workout method with over 300 different movements. Intensity can be scaled easily by the relation of the body to the suspension of the slings.
